Payment Processing
For all processed payments to be authenticated, the billing street address and ZIP or postal code must correspond with the credit card's registered address. Additionally, the card verification value (CVV) must be confirmed, or the order will be cancelled and any funds captured by the transaction will be returned.

Email Alerts
Customers will receive an email confirming that their items have been shipped, which includes the customer order number. A separate email will be sent once the order is dispatched, providing the tracking number. You can click on the tracking number link located at the bottom of the email to monitor your delivery.

You can track your order by selecting 'Track My Order' at the bottom of the homepage.

To track your order, please download the SHOP app. It enables you to monitor your order's status.
Shop App:
Download the SHOP app to monitor your shipping and deliveries efficiently.
To track your orders with the Shop app, you may perform the following steps:
- To enable the Shop app to locate orders through your emails, connect a Gmail or Outlook account. If you don't utilize Gmail or Outlook, you can still monitor orders by using email forwarding or manually inputting a tracking number.
Partner with Affirm for installments.
Purchase now and pay over time with Shop Pay.
Choose installments at checkout to divide your purchase into four interest-free payments every two weeks. There are never any fees, and it won't affect your credit score.

Shipping Destination
Some shipped products may not appear in the tracking system until they reach the designated state shipping department. Please allow a few days before checking the tracking information for these items.
If tracking information is not immediately available, click on the 'Chat with us' icon for inquiries about your order's delivery status, and we will provide you with the latest updates.
Checking Out
During checkout, ensure you provide a valid phone number, address, and email to monitor your orders. If the address is invalid, we will reach out to you by phone or email to obtain a correct address.
Canceled Items
You will receive a cancellation alert email for items that have been refunded.
P.O Boxes
Your order will be shipped to a P.O. Box via USPS. You can continue to track your shipment through our website or the Shop App..
Customer Accounts
To create a customer account, click on the person icon at the top of the page. This will allow you to view your entire order history. After signing in, you can also check your accumulated points and rewards.
Reward Program:
We are in the process of updating our rewards system.
Wishlist
Add all your favorite items to our Wishlist for easy access. When you're ready, you can move them to your cart for checkout. This way, you won't miss out on any of your selections.
