To ensure secure payment authentication:

  • Your billing street address and ZIP/postal code must match the address registered with your card.
  • Your CVV must be verified. If this information does not match, the order will be cancelled and any captured funds will be returned.

You will receive:

  1. Order Confirmation Email — includes your order number.
  2. Shipping Confirmation Email — includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

You can track your order using:

  • Your local shipping carrier’s tracking website
  • The Track My Order link at the bottom of our homepage
  • The SHOP App for real‑time delivery updates

📱 Using the SHOP App

To track your orders through the Shop app:

  • Connect a Gmail or Outlook account so the app can automatically locate your orders
  • If you don’t use Gmail or Outlook, you can still track orders by:
  1.      Forwarding your order emails
  2.      Manually entering your tracking number

💸 Shop Pay & Affirm Installments

Enjoy flexible payment options at checkout:

  • Split your purchase into four interest‑free payments every two weeks
  • No fees and no impact on your credit score
  • Availability may vary by state

If an item is cancelled and refunded, you will receive an email notification.

📮 P.O. Boxes

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be delivered via USPS. Tracking is available through our website or the Shop App.
