Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of our products—including hair extensions, wigs, hair care items, cosmetics, and eyelashes—these items cannot be resold once opened, handled, or worn. For this reason, all sales on these products are final.
The following collections are also final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:

These items are final sale due to hygiene, safety standards, and vendor policies.
If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, a full refund will be issued.
Return Policy
Return Window
Eligible items—such as women’s clothing and approved accessories—may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return requests submitted after 14 days cannot be accepted.
Eligible items must be:
• Unworn
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition
Clothing returns must be sent back in original, sealed packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective item, or damaged item).
Return & Exchange Approvals
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if:
• You received the wrong item, or
• The item is defective or damaged (applies to accessories and eligible items only)
Exchanges are made for the same item only.
All returns must be approved before being shipped back.
To request approval, please provide:
• Order number
• Item name
• Item number
• Date received
• Reason for return

All orders include tracking numbers, which will be verified to confirm the delivery date.
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Payment Processing
For your security, all payments must meet the following requirements:
• The billing street address and ZIP/postal code must match the address registered to the credit card.
• The CVV must be successfully verified.
If this information does not match, the order will be canceled and any captured funds will be refunded.
Important Notes
• Return rules apply only to items purchased after the return policy was activated or updated.
• Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
• Exchanges are only available for the same item if defective or incorrect.
